The New Fitness Revolution -Hayo'uFit Live From 16 October

Step in Katie Brindle, practitioner of Chinese medicine, whose lockdown classes have sparked the future of fitness; Hayo’uFit the first online Qigong fitness platform.

With hundreds (including wellbeing experts and tastemakers such as Jasmine Hemsley and Yasmin Sewell) finding life-changing benefits from Katie’s daily Qigong classes, Hayou’Fit was born. Described as ‘energising’, ‘transforming’ and as ‘the only thing that’s ever worked’, Hayo’uFit is a brand-new subscription free platform based on the principles of Chinese medicine. Moving away from the calories in, calories out approach, this is designed to replenish rather than deplete your energy levels.

Formed of three different practices Build, Boost and Be, you’ll find a flow for every level, from the exhausted to fitness fanatics. Often referred to as Chinese Yoga, Qigong is a thousands of years old tradition that will transform your sleep, stress and energy levels. Instead of using exercise as a tool to improve how we look, Chinese medicine focuses on the interior of the body. As in the words of founder Katie ‘if you look after the inside, the outside will take care of itself.’

‘If you think you’ve tried everything, I promise you haven’t. Because if you are tired, lacking in energy, out of shape or simply not feeling great, trust me Qigong is for you. Since lockdown, we’ve had hundreds join our revolution and the results have been staggering. It’s worked for me; it’s worked for them - and it will work for you.’’ - Katie Brindle, Founder of Hayo’uFit

Research studies have shown that Qigong reduces cortisol, stress hormones and blood pressure and can improve immunity, cognitive function and relieve chronic pain from conditions including fibromyalgia and arthritis. Working slowly and dynamically on the organs from the inside, Qigong calms the body influencing your muscles, fascia, bones, body fat and any energy imbalance.

Finally. Move over Barrys, step back spin classes, goodbye treadmill, this is the ultimate workout (and you don’t have to battle through hundreds of burpees). Whilst some sequences are suitable for all, this is more than slow, laid back exercise. Animal Play uses the dynamic movements of Qigong for a class like no other; working the whole body without depleting your energy reserves. There truly is something for everyone.

‘The opportunity to join Hayo’uFit has truly been life-changing for me. That in combination with Katie's morning qigong is the best thing I have ever done for my own wellbeing. The inner peace I have found, combined with physical improvements and more energy, is priceless.’ Jane. Read more customer testimonials here.

Wondering which course is for you?

  • If you feel tired yet wired, lacking in energy and struggling with your fitness, start with Build and work up to Boost.
  • If you are fragile with health issues that preclude exercise, simply focus on Be and work up to Build.
  • If you are a fitness fanatic, you can go straight into Boost, and add in Be to relax your nervous system. Though we recommend Build for full results.
