London’s new regenerative wellness clinic brings intelligent assessment, advanced technologies and restorative care together in one seamless, personalised experience.

Feeling better starts with being understood. Now open in Marylebone, ila RegenX offers a more considered approach to optimising health: one that takes the complexity out of choosing how to support wellbeing, without compromising on the science or the quality of care.

Co-created by ila founder Denise Leicester, the clinic brings together intelligent health assessment, regenerative technologies and restorative therapies to support energy, recovery, resilience and healthy ageing. Rather than offering a menu of treatments for guests to navigate themselves, the team begins by listening, assessing and identifying what may be most valuable for each individual.

What beautifully simple means
As longevity becomes increasingly associated with data, devices and complex routines, ila RegenX offers clarity. Guests are guided through the process by practitioners who explain what is recommended and why. Technologies and therapies are selected and sequenced with purpose, creating one coherent experience shaped around how each guest feels, lives and wants to function. This is high technology delivered with high touch: sophisticated assessment and carefully chosen regenerative tools complemented by attentive, restorative care. The aim is not to do more for the sake of it, but to understand what matters most and make each step feel clear, personal and reassuring.

The ila RegenX experience
Every journey begins with an ila RegenX Baseline Assessment, combining a consultation, MultiScan Fit and an autonomic nervous system (ANS) assessment. Together with a guest’s health history, lifestyle, sleep and energy levels, these provide a starting point for understanding where wellbeing support may be useful. Wearable data may also add context where relevant. These assessments are used to guide wellbeing recommendations, not to diagnose medical conditions. The team then creates a Personalised ila RegenX Session, selecting and sequencing suitable technologies and restorative therapies around the guest’s goals and current capacity. Depending on individual needs, this may include light-based therapies, oxygen-based training, cryotherapy or circulation technologies, alongside hands-on bodywork and sound therapy. Guests do not need to choose a machine or interpret the science themselves; their practitioner explains the purpose of each element.

For those seeking continuity, structured four, six or twelve-week programmes allow the team to review how guests respond and refine their experience over time. The approach is designed to support how people feel and function in everyday life, rather than promise a single dramatic transformation.

A human approach to longevity
“Longevity has become increasingly complicated, but looking after ourselves should not have to be,” says Denise Leicester, founder of ila. “At ila RegenX, we wanted to create something beautifully simple: a place where advanced science meets genuine human care. We take the time to understand each person and create an experience that feels both purposeful and restorative. It is about taking away the complexity, so people can focus on feeling better.”

The clinic’s nervous-system-first philosophy recognises the importance of stress, rest and recovery in how people experience wellbeing. It draws on Leicester’s background in nursing and her long standing work with aromatherapy, yoga, sound and bodywork, extending the botanical and restorative heritage of ila and Maison ila in the French Pyrenees into a new, assessment-led setting.

Personalised around how you want to feel
Four guest goals help give shape to each experience:

  • Restore – For those feeling tired, stressed or poorly rested, with a focus on calm, rest and renewed energy.

  • Recover – To support the body’s natural recovery processes after travel, training, illness or sustained demand.

  • Rebalance – For changing sleep, mood, energy or midlife wellbeing, with the aim of supporting everyday resilience.

  • Regenerate – For those looking to protect vitality, support performance and invest in long-term healthspan.

Where appropriate, the team can also consider wellbeing support around particular life stages or physical demands, working alongside a guest’s medical team when needed.Regenerative skin, body and aesthetics.

Alongside its personalised longevity offering, ila RegenX provides regenerative skin and body therapies and doctor-led aesthetic procedures. These include hands-on facial therapies and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatments, with recommendations guided by individual needs, suitability and practitioner assessment.

The people behind the care
Romain Khoury oversees the clinical experience, guiding consultations and personalised programmes. The wider team includes Dr Nabih Berjaoui, who leads advanced aesthetic procedures, and Shilpa Vadlamudi, whose work focuses on hands-on facial therapies.
