Broughton Sanctuary Introduces New Wellbeing Bundle

Guests at Broughton Sanctuary can now enhance their stay with a new Wellbeing Bundle, available as an add-on to all holiday home bookings at the Yorkshire retreat.

Set in 3,000 acres, Broughton Sanctuary encompasses the original Broughton Hall, 19 self catering accommodations and the UK's leading retreat centre (Avalon Wellbeing). It is also home to the most transformational rewilding project in the country. Working in partnership with the White Rose Forest, they have planted over 350,000 trees in the last three years.

Guests booking the new Wellbeing Bundle can enjoy four wonderfully therapeutic experiences, designed to enhance one’s stay:

1- NATURE’S THERAPY
- connect with the elements with an invigorating wild swim looking out over the Yorkshire Dales, followed by relaxation in the secluded Woodland Sauna

2- RELAX in the Avalon Pool Suite
- access to Broughton’s biophilic-designed thermal suite featuring a serene 20m indoor Clear Pool looking out to nature, a Hydromassage Pool, Sauna and Steam Room, and a Personal Training Studio

3- TRANSFORMATIVE Treatment
- choose between the Somadome individual meditation pod or Crystal Light Therapy, for energetic alignment, mental clarity and stress relief

4- YOGA
- choose from Avalon’s variety of classes to help cultivate mindfulness and flexibility
