Every journey begins with a Health Investigation. A one-to-one appointment with Dr David Porter identifies concerns and goals, before a series of assessments and scans with each member of the Hooke Multidisciplinary Team tests medical, fitness, nutritional and cognitive health using the latest technology.

Once all results have been collated, the Team undertakes a full review synthesising the data and identifying priority areas for action. HOOKE offers three tiers of membership – Performance, Healthspan and Healthspan +. Meet the HOOKE Trailblazers
Introducing Lev Mikheev, Russian-educated polymath and HOOKE founder whose career has spanned theoretical physics, finance, and 21 st century medicine. In 2012, Lev took up regular endurance training at the age of 48, uncovering untapped potential that astounded him. Newly immersed in the study of geroscience, he realised that modern medicine as it relates to ageing is largely ignored despite the wealth of information now available. In essence, HOOKE aims to right this wrong.
