Daios Cove Unveils New Wellness Programmes for Spring 2024
This spring, Daios Cove, celebrated for its intimate, sophisticated feel set against a dazzling Mediterranean backdrop, is excited to announce an enhanced collection of goal-oriented wellness programmes at KĒPOS by Goco.
The much-loved, stylish resort, on the northeast coast of Crete, is a popular choice for wellness-seekers of all ages. Guests can indulge in a range of sporting activities from water-skiing and scuba diving to tennis, fitness training, yoga and Pilates.
Following the successful launch of the resort’s pioneering hub of wellbeing - KĒPOS - in 2022, Daios Cove has further enriched its wellness offerings for 2024. KĒPOS, which translates to ‘garden, oasis or sanctuary’ in Greek, draws inspiration from the idyllic garden where the ancient Greek philosopher Epicurus once taught the principles of wellbeing and happiness.
The comprehensive wellness offerings incorporate advanced diagnostics, results-driven holistic therapies, +Treatments and innovative high-tech healing, as well as state of the art heat and water facilities along with cutting-edge fitness equipment. Enriched for 2024, five individually curated, goal-oriented programmes combine treatments, movement, nourishment, rest and bathing, to deliver tailored wellness experiences for health and happiness. ‘Renewed Living’ is a one-day programme, while the other four can each be taken over 3, 5 or 7 days.
